1. Returns

  • Items in good condition can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.

  • Defective items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.

2. Conditions for returning items
To return a product, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The item must be returned in its original, intact packaging (not applicable for defective items).

  2. The item must be undamaged and unused.

  3. The item must retain its commercial appearance – labels intact, protective film not removed, etc. (not applicable for defective items).

  4. The item must be returned with the same components it was received with (not applicable for defective items).

  5. The seller reserves the right to refuse returns if the return conditions are not met.

  6. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt (for defective items, returns follow the statutory warranty period).

3. Legal basis

  • Returns and exchanges of goods in proper condition are conducted according to Article 6.22810, Paragraph 1 of the Civil Code.

4. Refunds

  • Payments for accepted but later returned items will be refunded to the buyer’s account within 5 days of receipt of the returned item by the seller, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Final provisions

  • These Terms are established in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

  • The seller reserves the right to amend these Terms unilaterally; changes take effect once published on the website.

  • Any disputes will first be attempted to resolve through negotiation; if unsuccessful, disputes will be settled according to Lithuanian law.
