When placing an order, the Buyer must provide the exact delivery address and contact details for successful delivery.

The Buyer must receive the products personally. If the Buyer cannot receive the products personally but they are delivered to the address indicated by the Buyer, the Buyer has no right to make claims against the Seller for delivery to the wrong recipient.

The Seller arranges shipping at their discretion, choosing the most suitable delivery provider available at the time of shipment. The applicable delivery times are indicated during the checkout process, allowing the Buyer to review them before confirming the order.

If the Buyer notices any packaging damage upon delivery, this must be noted in the courier’s delivery document or recorded in a separate statement regarding the damage, in the presence of the courier. Failure to do so releases the Seller from liability for any product damage related to packaging issues not recorded at the time of delivery.

The Seller is not responsible if the color, shape, or other parameters of the products in the online store differ slightly from the actual size, shape, or color of the products due to the technical characteristics of the Buyer’s device or display.
