Paslaugų teikimo sąlygos

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

These Terms of Service are a legally binding document between the Buyer and the Seller, establishing the rights and obligations of both Parties.
The Seller has the right to suspend or terminate the operation of the online store without prior notice and shall not be liable for any losses incurred by the Buyer as a result.
The Seller has the right to unilaterally amend these Terms by publishing the updated version in the online store.
Products are delivered at the Buyer’s expense.

2. FORMATION OF THE PURCHASE–SALE AGREEMENT

The purchase–sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded when the Buyer forms and submits an order in the online store, after having reviewed and accepted these Terms.
Each agreement concluded between the Buyer and the Seller is stored within the online store system.

3. SELLER’S RIGHTS

3.1. The Seller has the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the operation of the online store without prior notice to the Buyer.
3.2. The Seller has the right to restrict or suspend the Buyer’s ability to use the online store without prior warning.

4. SELLER’S OBLIGATIONS

4.1. The Seller undertakes, under these Terms and conditions published in the online store, to provide the Buyer with access to the services of the online store www.fides.studio.
4.2. The Seller undertakes to deliver the products purchased by the Buyer to the delivery address specified by the Buyer, in accordance with these Terms.
4.3. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer’s right to privacy of personal information provided in the store’s registration or order forms.

5. BUYER’S RIGHTS

5.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase products from the online store in accordance with these Terms and the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
5.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase–sale agreement concluded with the online store www.fides.studio by notifying the Seller in writing (by email: info@fides.studio, indicating the product to be returned, the order number, and the reason for return) no later than within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the delivery date.
This right may only be exercised if the product has not been damaged, its appearance has not been substantially changed, and it has not been used.

6. BUYER’S OBLIGATIONS

6.1. The Buyer must pay for the products and their delivery, as well as any other applicable charges (if specified when concluding the order) and accept the purchased products.
6.2. If the Buyer refuses to accept the products upon delivery without valid reasons, the Buyer shall cover the return shipping costs at the Seller’s request.
6.3. Before using a product, the Buyer must verify that the received product is the one ordered and is free of defects or damage. If any quality issues are found, the Buyer must immediately notify the Seller by email at info@fides.studio.

7. PRODUCT PRICES

7.1. Product prices in the online store www.fides.studio are indicated in euros and include VAT.
7.2. Upon confirming the order, the delivery fee (if applicable) will be added to the total product price.

8. ORDERING AND PAYMENT

8.1. To purchase products, the Buyer must add them to the shopping cart. After forming the cart, the Buyer provides the necessary information for order fulfillment: name, surname, delivery address, phone number, and any additional relevant information. By confirming the order, the Buyer acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms.
8.2. Products can be paid for using the following methods:

• via Shopify Payments (credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other available payment methods),

• any other methods provided in the online store, if available.
